THE COURSE IS CPD ACCREDITED BY THE STANDARDS OFFICE. CERTIFICATE IS AVAILABLE ON REQUEST
Each session there will be guided mindfulness and compassion meditation, discussion and time for question and answers.
The course will be led by Suryacitta Malcolm Smith and Gaynor Quilter
There will be a theme each session such as:
•Jewel in the Ice – what mindfulness is and how to do it
•How to deal with stress – getting out of your head and into your body
•How to live in the present moment – introducing pauses and present moment awareness
•How to work with worry and anxiety – calming the chattering mind
•A B C of mindfulness and letting go.
•How to soothe yourself in difficult times
•How to practice compassion for self and others
•Bringing mindfulness to life and what next.
The sessions are informal and relaxed and no previous experience in required.
VENUE: is in the beautiful village of Newtown Linford, two minutes walk from beautiful Bradgate Deer Park, the ancestral home of Lady Jane Grey, in the heart of Charnwood Forest.
The course is also suitable for all healthcare professionals wanting to do teacher training in the future.

If you need to cancel your course then we will transfer you to another course free of charge.
Cancellations received less than 7 days before the course start date are liable to a 50% cancellation fee.
No refunds will be made once the course has begun.
