This three-day intensive is the GOLD STANDARD eight-week course but run over 3 days. It is ideal for those who live anywhere in the UK and want to learn mindfulness from experienced teachers or cannot commit to eight weeks.
This three-day mindfulness course is the same material as the eight-week course. Local accommodation is available for those living at a distance.
AFTER YOUR COURSE
After the course, you will have access to and receive updates from Suryacitta. Alongside this, you will receive access to our app which contains a version of the eight-week course led by Suryacitta for helping to maintain and deepen your practice.
There is also a monthly drop-in meditation evening which you can join in person or via a webinar which can be accessed from anywhere.
During the weekend there will be guided meditation sessions along with plenty of time for questions and discussion. Chairs and or mats and cushions are provided.

Between them, Gaynor and Suryacitta have over 40 years experience of mindfulness meditation and will show you how to bring c mindfulness into your everyday life- your home, work and relationships.
