The course will be led by Suryacitta Malcolm Smith
As well as running how own course Suryacitta is also training in the Breathworks approach to Mindfulness for Stress. Please note this course is part of Suryacitta’s training.
There will be guided mindfulness meditation sessions along with plenty of time for questions and discussion. Chairs and or mats and cushions are provided.
