Here at Mindfulness CIC, we offer a variety of mindfulness and compassion courses based on the secular approach pioneered by Jon Kabat Zinn and Suryacitta's own experience of nearly 30 years of practice and teaching.

We run mindfulness meditation courses, and meditation retreats for:-

We are running an MSc in partnership with Coventry University.

We are one of the main mindfulness course providers for the UK and are a Community Interest Company. This means we’re not out to make profit for ourselves, we look to give something back to the community and to help improve people’s lives. Thus, we reinvest in mindfulness based initiatives and projects that will further benefit the community.

 

We are based in Leicestershire and Coventry University, our mindfulness and compassion meditation courses and our stress management events are run in London, Birmingham all over UK and now in Europe and Australia.

 

As a CIC we don't turn anybody away for financial reasons. So please get in touch as we are always ready to help.
