A company’s greatest assets are its most productive people. It is often these people that are at greatest risk of stress and burn-out. It is a risk a company needs to face and manage. Mindfulness training is a cost-effective means of making sure this does not happen.
Our courses enable us to train organisations and individuals the techniques needed to gain mindfulness at work. Hundreds of studies show the benefits of the mindfulness eight week course we teach, some of which include:

Our Mindfulness course is usually delivered over 8 weekly sessions, lasting between 69 – 90 minutes per session. However, they can be tailored to suit the needs of your organisation and a more intensive corporate management programme can be delivered based on your requirements.
We lead our mindfulness and compassion meditation courses both away from and within the workplace across the UK, from Leicester, Birmingham, London, Nottingham and Coventry. We also run events in Spain, Italy and Australia.
