She is passionate about teaching mindfulness to both students in an academic context alongside running groups for those wanting to develop their knowledge and practice of mindfulness. Liz also trains individuals to teach mindfulness and feels that it is important to provide ongoing support to those choosing to teach. Please click here to see Liz's academic profile.
