“Arriving at the venue for mindfulness, teacher training,  I was very nervous and apprehensive as I had not met anyone before and had not attended his 8 week course. Immediately met with a warm welcome from Suryacitta and his wife. Our group were allocated our own kitchen area filled with a range of drinks and snacks, which allowed you to serve yourself, a nice touch. A very relaxing, peaceful atmosphere throughout. After running through introductions with the group we had meditations immediately lead by surya citta. He has a calm manner and explains everything in an easy to understand way.Questions where answered professionally yet informally. When I lead the group, feedback was constructive but never critical.
