1 to 1 Mindfulness
Suryacitta offers one to one mindfulness sessions along with small group sessions in person or over Skype or Zoom for both those practising and teaching mindfulness. There is the option of working organically with what is happening in your life right now or to go through the eight week course. By working this closely with Suryacitta, you'll get the chance to really deepen your mindfulness and meditation practice, along with the oppourtunity to think deeper about many aspects of your life. Mindfulness works - when it's simple and practical
Suryacitta works intuitively and in the moment encouraging insights into yourself and your life and how to grow into these insights and to live them. He will show you how to improve the quality of your mind, which in turn improves the quality of your life.
He will share tools and techniques for everyday life and show you how to begin living more from your heart bringing deeper meaning and satisfaction to your life.
One to one mindfulness sessions are available to everybody who is feeling stuck, going through a difficult time or who wants to explore taking their meditation deeper. If you want to work more formally you can go through the eight week course with him.
