We live in a 24/7 fast paced world. This way of life often leaves us feeling anxious, agitated, exhausted and with a very busy mind which won’t calm down, even when we want to sleep. 
 
We live in our heads and find that we are forever anxiously thinking about the future or trapped and lost in the past. As a consequence we miss out on the only time we can be at ease and content, the present moment, the here and now.
