How the day will run
Morning Meditation Session:
There will be short talks from Suryacitta followed by 20 minute meditations. This will be followed by 20 minutes "open" period for stretching, walking, tea or just sitting around quietly. Then another short talk and another meditation. The primary meditation will be Shikan Taza (Just Sitting) from the Soto Zen tradition
Some meditations will be guided such as the reflections on death and dying, who am I? and other insight meditations.
The mornings are suitable for anybody who has some experience of meditation.
