Our Mindfulness courses for Birmingham are run over 3 consecutive days to minimise travel and expenses. We are located in the beautiful and ancient Charnwood Forest area of North West Leicestershire. Those who attend have the option of staying in local accommodation or to commute each day.

Do you live in Birmingham or the surrounding area? 
 
We run eight-week Mindfulness courses for those who can travel to our venue in North West Leicestershire each week, and we run the same course over three consecutive days. The 3-day intensive allows you to stay locally and make a retreat out of your course. These run from Friday to Sunday or Saturday to Monday. 
 
After your course ends you will have access to our distance learning programme via webinars and our app. This enables you to maintain and deepen your practice. 
 
We also run monthly drop-in sessions and meditation retreats in Leicestershire, UK, Italy and Spain.
