Our mindfulness courses for Nottingham are run over 3 consecutive days to cut down on travel and expenses. Our courses are designed to reduce stress and anxiety and promote feelings of well-being and contentment. 
 
All of our mindfulness courses for Nottingham are run by Suryacitta and Gaynor Quilter. Suryacitta is the author of three books on mindfulness and happiness has been practising since 1989 and Gaynor since 2005. 
All the mindfulness courses Nottingham are open to complete beginners and those who have an established practice but who would like to spend time with a very experienced teacher in Suryacitta. 
 
After the course, you will receive free access to our app which has teachings and guided meditations to help support your practice. 
 
We have free practice evenings once a month which you are welcome to attend and we run a number of follow-on courses and meditation retreats in the UK, Spain and Italy. 
 
During the course, you will be guided by Suryacitta and Gaynor through a variety of meditation practices and you will be taught a number of tools and techniques to help reduce stress and anxiety in your everyday life.
