During the four sessions online mindfulness course there will be guided meditation sessions along with plenty of time for questions and discussion.

This course open to all newcomers and those wanting to deepen their present mindfulness practice. It is also suitable for any health professionals wishing to progress onto the teacher training programme. 
 
Gaynor and Suryacitta have over 40 years experience of mindfulness meditation and will guide you every step of the way. 
 
PLEASE NOTE: Our mindfulness course is the one used by Coventry University on their mindfulness and compassion MSc which Suryacitta lectures on. 
 
AFTER YOUR COURSE 
During and after the course, you will have access to and receive updates from Suryacitta. Alongside this, you will receive access to our Mindfulness Unleashed online programme with lots of guided meditations and live teachings from Suryacitta. 
 
There is also a monthly drop-in meditation evenings. 
 
Cancellations must be made at least seven days prior to the start of the course. If you cancel within seven days we will look at your situation.
