During the four sessions online mindfulness course there will be guided meditation sessions along with plenty of time for questions and discussion.
On this course we will be exploring through pointers, meditations, and dialogue the truth of you we really are.

No refunds will be given once the course has started. however, we can offer a free transfer to another course.
