Saturday Meditation 

Join in with our group Saturday meditation, both online and in person and start your day with a peaceful session of meditation and contemplation. We want our meditation to be available to all and is led by Suryacitta in an accessible, down to earth and enjoyable manner. Browse our retreats below and book with us for a morning.

Silent meditation mornings 

These mornings will be led by Suryacitta 
How the morning will run 
Morning Meditation Session: 
There will be short talks from Suryacitta followed by 20 minute meditations. This will be followed by 20 minutes "open" period for stretching, walking, tea or just sitting around quietly. Then another short talk and another meditation. The primary meditation will be Shikan Taza (Just Sitting) from the Soto Zen tradition 
Some meditations will be guided such as the reflections on death and dying, who am I? and other insight meditations. 
The mornings are suitable for anybody who has some experience of meditation. 
In-person includes drinks. Please bring your own lunch or there are three gorgeous cafes in the village. Please note: the venue is a two minute walk to beautiful Bradgate Deer Park, so you can make a day of it and bring your walking shoes for after the session.
