Simple - you will be shown that keeping teaching simple, is more effective. You will explore how to keep teaching in the here and now and not to get lost in over explanation. This makes it easier for you, the teacher.
Elegant - Elegance is what you leave out. Many teachers say far too much and over complicate this simple and profound practice. Suryacitta will show you that what you leave out, is as important as what you put in.
Practical - Teaching has to be practical and relevant to a persons' life. Here you will explore how to apply mindfulness in every area of life.

Feedback from previous mindfulness teacher training
"Suryacitta's teachings through our group intervision were a real eye-opener for me. It was great to dive into our teaching questions together and to experience first-hand how simple teaching mindfulness can be. It didn't only grow my confidence in teaching but also instaying closer to myself vs a perfect teacher version who does everything according to the book." Josta (Netherlands)
"I found it a beautiful, relaxed and fluid experience. Which is what I was looking for, because they are my own aims for my teaching." Vidya
"I feel that I am starting my journey and this weekend has given me the confidence to take my first step." Julie
“Suryacitta’s teaching style is excellent. He feels the need of the students and adds an individualism into each students feedback. I have found the teaching inspiring and I am eager to put it into practice. Thank you!”
Diane – Capital One
"I really enjoyed the pauses. It was a whole new learing experience and just waht I needed." Amy
"Thank you both for such an insightful and wonderful experience. I feel like I have grown and have a better understanding of myself, and how I can lead my classes in a more relatable way." Daniel
