Mindfulness and Compassion - simple, plain and practical 

This three-day intensive mindfulness course is the GOLD STANDARD eight-week course but run over 3 days. It is ideal for those who live elsewhere in the UK and want to learn mindfulness from experienced teachers or for those who cannot commit to eight weeks. 
Local accommodation is available for those living at a distance. 
 
We provide drinks and biscuits but please bring your own lunch or there are three excellent cafes in the small village. 
 
During the three days there will be guided meditation sessions along with plenty of time for  
questions and discussion. Chairs and or mats and cushions are provided.

Between them, Gaynor and Suryacitta have over 40 years experience of mindfulness meditation and will show you how to bring mindfulness into your everyday life - your home, work and relationships. 
 
AFTER YOUR COURSE 
After the course, you will have access to and receive updates from Suryacitta. Alongside this, you will receive access to our online programme which contains a number of guided 
meditations and teachings led by Suryacitta for helping to maintain and deepen your 
practice. 
 
There is also a monthly drop-in meditation evening which you can join in person or via a 
webinar which can be accessed from anywhere. 
 
Cancellations must be made at least seven days prior to the start of the course. If you cancel

Over the years the take-up of men on our mindfulness courses has been low and this seems to be a general issue with mindfulness courses. Suryacitta would like to encourage more men to learn mindfulness. As a result, he is running a mindfulness day for men on Saturday 22nd February and he is hoping this will encourage more to learn it.
