Virtual Mindfulness Mornings - Live and Interactive 
 
From 10:00-13:00 on two Saturdays each month Suryacitta runs online meditation mornings over Zoom

I charge £15 for these sessions but please contact me if you cannot afford this.

PLEASE NOTE: Should you miss the session you will be sent a recording of it.  
 
These online mindfulness mornings are primarily run in silence apart from short talks from Suryacitta, meditation guidance and a slot for question and answers. You can attend alone or with family members. 
 
These are suitable for anybody who has some experience of meditation. Though primarily in silence there will be a slot for discussion to ask questions. 
 
The meditations will be 20 minutes long punctuated with breaks.  
 
Requirements
A quiet space, a computer, tablet or smart phone and a decent internet or 3g/4g connection. 
 
Please log on around 10-5 minutes prior to the start and wait quietly. You will be muted so we cannot here all the back ground sounds. You can unmute yourself or Suryacitta will unmute you during the question time.
