Longer Silent Meditation Retreats 

Our longer residential Mindfulness retreats are located either in sunny Spain and Italy or the UK. These retreats are suitable for you if you want to experience deeper meditation away from your normal every day life. 
These silent meditation retreats Suryacitta leads are also suitable for teachers of mindfulness to both deepen their practice and their teaching skills.

Silent Meditation Retreat - 2nd - 6th August 2021 - places available 
Price: Single room shared bathroom- £525 or single room En-suite £595. 
Place can be secured with a £100 non-refundable deposit.

Price includes all vegetarian meals - 4 lunches, 4 evening meals, 4 breakfasts, fruit, snacks and cake. 
This meditation retreat is led by author and teacher Suryacitta and supportd by Gaynor Quilter. This is the only long retreat Suryacitta and Gaynor are leading in the UK in 2020 so please book early.

This retreat is open to all who are familiar with mindfulness and wishing to practice and work with a teacher with over 30 years experience. 
It is also suitable for teachers of mindfulness who wish to explore the subtleties of mindfulness for themselves. 
Nanpantan Hall has a range of en-suite single rooms and large rooms, many with stunning views, with shared bathrooms.

There will be time for discussion and the option of One to One time with Suryacitta and Gaynor to discuss your practice. 
There will be guidance on a variety of guided meditations including:

Looking at the nature of thoughts 
Taking off your masks 
There will be 4 days/nights of complete silence which meets the UK practice guidelines and to aid calm and reflection. There will ample free time to relax and enjoy the stunning grounds and countryside.

Our retreats are very popular and there are a limited number of spaces. So it is important that any cancellations, or changes to bookings are made well in advance. If you need to transfer to a later weekend or another retreat we can do this free of charge. If cancellations are made at least twenty eight days prior to the start of the retreat you will receive a full refund minus the deposit. If less than twenty eight days fifty per cent will be refunded.
