Meditation Weekend 

If you're looking for an oppourtunity to get away from everything and join a weekend meditation retreat, then look no further than here at Mindfulness CIC! Our weekend silent meditation retreats are suitable for all, from those new to mindfulness meditation and those who want to expand and refresh their practice. Situated just a three minute walk away from the beautiful Bradgate Deer Park, why not take this stunning opportunity and come and enjoy a relaxing weekend in rural Leicestershire? The retreats run from 10.00am till 4:00pm on Saturday and Sunday. To find out more about our weekend meditation retreats, see below. 
 
What Will Happen 
There will be teachings from Suryacitta and Gaynor, punctuated with meditations - some will be guided. In the meditation space there will be time for questions and discussion on any aspect of life and meditation. Outside of the meditation space there will be silence to allow teachings to be absorbed and to aid  
reflection and relaxation.  
There will be breaks and lunch will be provided.

Silent Mindfulness Retreat 

Please be aware that this is a silent mindfulness retreat so a little experience of meditation is expected. 
 
A silent retreat allows us to take time out from our busy lives and to rest, and to focus ourselves on our meditation practice. 
 
For those attending our meditation weekends from further afar, then we can provide you with details on local accommodation upon booking. These consist of a range of local hotels, Airbnbs and B&Bs which are available to book for two nights, all within short distance of the retreat. Our retreats allow you to hear teachings from touch all aspects of life and assist in greater understanding of yourself, life and meditation. Our retreats also allow you to step outside of your often busy life and to slow down and relax. Places on these weekend meditation retreats tend to book up quickly, so book today to avoid disappointment! 
 
CANCELLATION POLICY 
Cancellations must be made at least seven days prior to the start of the course. If you cancel within seven days we will look at your situation. 
 
No refunds will be given once the course has started. however, we can offer a free transfer to another course.
