Once you have completed the mindfulness course we offer after course care via free practice evenings once a month and a variety of meditations retreats in the UK, Spain and Italy. You will also receive the whole eight-session course via our app to help maintain and deepen your practice.
However, it is not just about teaching people who feel stressed or anxious, we teach to businesses around the Leicester and the UK. Due to our aim of helping the communities we are in, we take our mindfulness courses to prisons, to healthcare and education too.
